Israel Independents Day celebrated on the 5th day of Eiar, the day of the end of the British Mandate in Israel and the Declaration of state of Israel on May 14, 1948 by Mr. David Ben-Gurion in Tel Aviv.

Yom Ha'atzmaut always proceed Yom Hazikaron- Israel's fallen Soldiers and the Victims of Terrorism Memorial Day. An official ceremony held every year on Mount Hertzel in Jerusalem, the ceremony Conclude Yom Hazikaron by lighting twelve beacons (on for each Israel Tribe) and the beginning of the celebrations of Yom Ha'atzmaut by fireworks.
